A life devoted to care and knowledge.
Physical therapy entered my life through a genuine desire to help people recover movement, autonomy and quality of life.
After joining a specialization program at Brazil's National Cancer Institute, I found the field that would profoundly transform my professional vision: oncology. There I learned one of the most important lessons of my career — technique is essential, but never sufficient without humanity.
